3 servings | Ingredients: | 1/2 cup Heavy cream 1 small Onion (chopped) 1 tablespoon butter 3 - 4 slices of american cheese (depending on how cheesy you like it) 1/4 cup sharp cheddar cheese 1 frozen package of chopped frozen spinach drained. |

- In a large pan melt butter and add chopped onions.

- Cook until onions turn brown. Add heavy cream, cheese and spinach.

Heat until warm and cheese has melted.
